First Bus East of England, is proud to announce the opening of its Regional Learning Centre in Colchester. The centre, along with a hub located in Norwich, will enhance educational opportunities for First’s 1,900 employees located across the region.

First Bus in Somerset has announced its Summer network changes, effective April 20^th 2025. The changes incorporate customer and driver feedback and have been made by working closely with Somerset Council and the Somerset Bus Partnership.

From the minute people step off the bus to the minute they’re at their front door, First Bus and Strut Safe will help people safely navigate their journey home

The changes, effective from April 20th 2025 are part of bi-annual network changes for Cornwall and have been designed using feedback from customers and drivers, working closely with Cornwall Council.

First Bus is launching its brand-new, enhanced Norwich Park & Ride service, starting on 30th March, with FREE travel offered across all sites on first day.

Key Enhancements to the Norwich Park & Ride Service:

• Earlier morning journeys
• Later evening journeys
• Increased frequency at most sites
• Sunday services available at all sites
• Zero-emission buses
